Weekly or fortnightly cleans for 3–4 bedroom homes, so the house never gets far enough behind to need a rescue. Fortnightly is the most common choice. You get the same cleaner each visit, which matters more than people expect — they learn your home and stop needing to be told.
Bond cleans are judged by a property manager against a checklist, not by how tidy the place looks. We clean to that checklist. If something on it fails the inspection, we come back and re-clean it free of charge — that is the bond back guarantee, and it is the reason most of this work comes by referral from tenants who have been through it once already.
Everything a regular clean covers, plus the build-up a regular clean deliberately skips. This is the one to book before a party, after a renovation, at the start of a tenancy, or when a house has gone a season or two without a proper going-over. It also makes a good first visit before starting a regular schedule, so the ongoing cleans start from a genuinely clean baseline.

You get the same fixed quote and the same standard as a regular clean — the only difference is that there is no next visit booked unless you want one.

Work is scheduled outside your trading hours where that suits you, and invoiced monthly so it stays simple for your bookkeeper.
